Your commission will be created according to the interpretation based on the references and information you provide to us prior to the commencement of work. If you need or envision a specific result, make sure that all references and instructions for the project are carefully prepared in advance.
Very large changes in the direction of the commission or your references after the invoice will incur extra fees.
Please note that we have specific art and design styles that are always evolving and the final criteria depends on the interpretation of your references.
All work is done by me and I will always do my best to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee that mistakes will not occur as this can happen to everyone. I will always do my best to correct the situation and there will be compensation for possible problems that may arise with any commissions.

Works that are very complex may incur an additional fee. But it must be discussed first.

All payments are in US Dollars and made through PayPal or pix key for those who live in Brazil.
Payment is required in advance to secure a spot for your commission.
The invoice will be sent to your email on paypal.
If you need a refund, you will receive a lower amount than what was paid because paypay has a fee and takes a part of the value of what I receive from orders.
Anyone who reverses a payment without trying to resolve the situation or once we have already started or completed the work will be blacklisted and banned.

All static assets will come as PNG/PSD files and all animated assets will come as WEBM files.
the animated logos will only be made in a simpler painted version and the png with static image can be more detailed painting.
The completion of each order takes between 2 weeks - 2 months from the payment of the commission to be completed.
Depending on what is commissioned and the price you paid, there will be a set amount of revisions or updates available.
Updates are usually provided before moving to animated logo/vtuber rig
We require confirmation of approval within 3 days of updates/revisions.
If we do not receive a response within 3 days, we will continue the work and deliver the result to you.
All deadlines are dependent on the customer maintaining the review deadlines and any failure to meet this period will result in corresponding delays in delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel, refund or refuse any commissions at any stage for any reason.
Rush orders are available and will accelerate the order to the front of the queue.
Once orders are approved for final delivery, it may take up to 48 hours to deliver approved assets.
Download the project files and save a copy somewhere safe within 1 month of delivery.

If you are going to repost or use the commission anywhere, credit to my social links is required.
You can use the final commission for personal and commercial purposes.
Only provide artwork that you own and have permission to be modified and used as part of our graphics.
By submitting any artwork for editing or use with your graphics, you are providing a license for me to publish any artwork as part of the graphics we create for you.

You are not permitted to resell or claim any work done by us as your own.
